It’s crazy how Usyk’s wins over Chisora and Dubois have aged this well.

God is on his side. He walks into other guy's hometowns...he beats his opponents, crooked refs and referees...and when he wins, his opponents go on to do great things.

Usyk is a man of god, and god is a fan of Usyk.

The Ring updated their rankings today:

    C. Oleksandr Usyk
    1. Tyson Fury
    2. Daniel Dubois
    3. Joseph Parker
    4. Zhilei Zhang
    5. Agit Kabayel
    6. Martin Bakole
    7. Anthony Joshua
    8. Filip Hrgovic
    9. Efe Ajagba
    10. Justis Huni

I'd personally put Dubois after Zhang and Parker, and maybe Ajagba ahead of Hrgovic, but otherwise this ain't a bad list. Huni might be a bit premature, but hey, that's actually slot 11, so I ain't gonna bother thinking about who I'd have there instead

Not sure what Huni and Ajagba have done to separate themselves from the pack, but after the champ and a universally agreed upon top 7, it gets pretty nebulous pretty fast.

It could be argued a couple of slots could be teaked slightly but it is a reasonable assessment.

Decent list but I think people are too fast to drop Joshua off a cliff.

To put Bakole ahead of Joshua? What has Bakole done other then one good win recently. He hasn’t even been that active.

Zhang has lost recently as well. And that draw/loss against Hrgovic doesn’t look that great in hindsight either.

    Kabayel is still too unproven.

And Joshua still has that win over Parker.

Joshua has fallen off a cliff and the Ring rankings reflect that.

His past 10 fights have returned 6 wins and 4 losses and in two of those losses he has been stopped. Hardly a great argument for a high ranking.
