Just listened to the latest Eddie Hearn IFL interview and he mentioned a massive fight potentially being made for April 14th. Does anyone have any ideas on who it could be?

On the other forum, BJS has been mentioned for this, and a certain Martin Murray. Not sure how accurate that is though.

LOL is it going to be a Co-Promotion?

This could be the epic Matchroom vs Boxnation card?

Tbh it doesn't sound like a bad shout to me, Hearn and the ultimate overhyping of a fight nobody really wants to see.

Not sure if he’s still with matchroom, bud? Hearn’s admitted after the Rosado fight that he doesn’t really know how to push Murray forward.

I think everyone respects Martin Murray and he seems like a good bloke but the truth is he is very boring to watch and doesn't carry much power. He has had a great career but has come out at fringe world level.

BJS v Murray - Snooze fest if we are all being honest

I can't see a co-promotion show especially as relationships are worse than ever after the Khan date fiasco. Also Hearn already has a lot of his fighters boxing on other dates.
I'm thinking/hoping it's Crolla in a big fight in Manchester. Could it be Gervonte Davies or the way Hearn was getting excited could we dream and get Lomachenko!!!

I always thought an absolute prime Murray would have given Billy hell, not todays pay cheque collecting Murray.

Billy does appear a bit sharper now too.

James5000 is right. Murray looks pretty washed now. Still an OK fighter but he's going to be even MORE reluctant to throw than he was. Him against Saunders is a dull fight with a predictable outcome. And he doesn't deserve a title shot at all, either.

Hearn is a proper cuunt for this.

I know he wants to put nails in franks coffin but as boxing fans he’s already made us choose between Frampton and Khan’s return and then if he goes head to head with Franks big night at the o2 he’s ruining it for fans again.

I accept they can’t get on but surely they can put shows on alternate weeks to each other?

For what it’s worth I think it’s definitely Crolla in Manchester. Possibly the Campbell fight.

Why? He needs to run shows that are best for his business. It is unfortunate when cards clash but I don't think there is anything deliberate to ensue it happens.

As he said on his IFL interview he isn't going to call Warren to double check on a date and Warren wouldn't do the same.

His business is fuelled by fans, so it wouldn't hurt to spare us a thought sometimes

Warren has done the same. He called off Smith Williams II because it clashed with AJ - Takam.

You’re supposed to be a boxing fan I don’t know how you can be happy with this.

    What about April 7th?

This could be the end of Frank this. Not because the matchroom show will have higher support and better viewing figures (which it will) but because he’s going to be seething that much I honestly don’t know whether his old ticker could take it!
