So this is one of the "top 15 guys" Atlas was talking about? Oh please.

Povetkin is being treated as if he had 3 pro fights and zero experience. This guy beat Chambers and Byrd for Christ's sake.

Well if it was Povetkin's third opponent this year it wouldn't be a problem. But it is. He isn't testing himself as he should. Maybe Atlas wants to try some new moves with Povetkin to make him comfortable with new trainer. But he should fight more often.

Hapless opponent of the tip of a man. It seems that he does not even want to fight title:huh

What the feather fisted tub of lard Welliver wasn't up to fighting Povetkin and likely getting dealt another loss, but he'll call out Klitschko? Stupid. :rofl

And what's with Povetkin targeting C level (thats being generous) fighters. He's just as scared of facing a live body and getting dealt a loss. Povetkin needs to just pack it in and retire, he'll never be "ready" to take the next step in his career if he isn't already.

    Seriously

At least he seems to have "cheen".
One of his losses is against Joey Abell, who knocked out all 27 opponents he beat with the exception of Oruh... For the rest, Pov's gonna use him as a heavy bag. What a disgraceful mismatch!

What is Atlas thinking? he wants Povetkin to get a few more fights under his belts before he fights Wlad, and he chooses this guy? this is the same Atlas who week after week is criticizing the opponents selection of the these olympians who get fed cup cakes and roll them over in 1/2 rounds.

You fight bums and tune-ups and then work your way upwards in competition.Povetkin fought world ranked contenders, beat them and now fights one bum after another, and they get worse and worse.

From Byrd to Chambers, to Estrada, to Mora and now to Oruh! If you read Povetkin's record backwards it actually makes sense.

Guys , Povetkin's camp said that he will have a couple of warm up fights(of course with no serious opponents), then he will fight a top-10 opponent and after that he will fight for a belt
I see 2 fights in October at boxrec. Who will be the second opponnet at the end of October ? :huh

I think that later , after the 2 fights , he may go for a european championship belt. Dimitrenko perhaps?
