To me It looks like many people are backtracking with Takam and Perez, just like Wilder dictators are doing with Stiverne. Ortiz is now considered a top5 HW with his performance over Jennings, and if you take the first 6 rounds of that fight and compare it to the first 6 rounds of Perez-Jennings fight, you'll see that Ortiz has nothing over Perez aside from the punching power. Both Takam and Perez are top10 scalps, just as much as Stiverne.

And also, Takam's performance against Perez>Jennings' performance against Perez

And It goes without saying that Povetkin's wins over prime Eddie Chambers and Chagaev is head and shoulders above any other HW contender's resume, barring Wlad and including Wilder and Martin.

I said it before, I'll say it again confidently; resume-wise:

Povetkin>Valuev, Haye, Ibragimov, Sam Peter, Chagaev, Pulev

Ortiz is better in every department than Perez, especially the traumatized post-Mago Perez.

That's your opinion but at the end of the day it's hard to forget povekin didn't even win a second of a round vs Klitschko and that makes me wonder
