 ..poor kid but it probably means something significant in Thai.

No worse then this Greek bloke I used to work with who's last name was pronounced Cockless..not sure of the spelling but needless to say he squirmed every time he had to tell someone it.

This could be the fight that Billy earns some serious creibility with. I hope for a victory and another belt coming Australia's way.

I would like to say Billy. My brains says Luevano. And barring a miracle i think he walks around with the title. Luevano did look quite weak in his last outing. But so did Billy.

Luevano is such a favourite that they are not taking bets on it in the states.

I wonder what the forums tone would have been back in 1989 when Jeff Harding set off for his mission impossible against Dennis Andries.

"I promise that after this fight you will be hearing a lot more about me." -- Billy Dib

    No Top Rank fighter.

Top Rank/Bob Arum is the smartest promotion team in the game when it comes to matchmaking their fighters.

Dib will get owned in this fight. I use to think he would be our next world champ but I think he's reached his peak & unfortunately it won't be enough to beat the top guys. He should of rematched the fella that he stole that last "world title belt" from.

Dib has won his last few fights (Vargas & Marail} even though he lost....maybe he gets handed a win in this fight provided he can make it close.

I hope he wins but to be honest once a man bites another in the ring i have very little respect for them.

Im suprised they have that much faith in Luevano not to bother with betting but he deserves to be the favourite by a long shot.

    Luevano paying $1.10
Dib paying $7 on sportsbet, i havent checked betfair yet.

lets hope a few punters take dibb and maybe lift Luevanos price a little higher.

He bit a Filo by the name of Jesar Ancajas (spelling). Was caught on film, bit right into his shoulder from memory.

It was a dirty fight, the filo was hitting him with shots south of the border and behind the head, and eventually got DQ'd. But he was giving Billy a legitimatley hard time, making the fight very physical and smothering Dib a bit.
The filo made the accusation, his english was poor, so he made an exaggerated biting sign to the ref. The ref asked all the officials at ringside if they saw it and they said no...so there wasnt much he could do because he didnt see it either. But everyone watching at home that night saw replay, after replay and a lot of people have never forgiven Dib for it.
