i actually thought broner would fight maidana next. i guess he also thought he couldn't beat maidana at this time.
Sleep. I predict getting some good sleep. Mosley would fight just hard enough not to embarrass himself (more) and still ensure some paydays while Broner would show a little respect while still not showing the 147 sustained power attack or defense to force the issue.
I kind of predicted that this would happen. This is probably more of a logical choice for Broner right now than a fight with Maidana. Other than a rematch with Malignaggi, who in my opinion deserves one, I think this could be the most constructable and reasonable way to get "The Problem" Broner more acclimated to both the 140 & 147lb divisions and help him to be more ready for the top elite foes such as Maidana, Matthysee, Bradley, Khan, Garcia, Judah, Ortiz, just to name a few. For a guy that just moved up two major weight divisions and did something that only two fighters successfully did, Roberto Duran & Shane Mosely, I think that going this particular route would be the right managing move for Broner. Sugar Shane Mosley(though past his prime) a rematch with Malignaggi and then a fight with Maidana. And besides, wasn't Maidana just recently in a minor car accident where he suffered a mild, but thankfully not a life threatening or career threatening injury that will possibly keep him out of action until just after September?
Moseley is in love with his power, he stopped throwing combinations a long time ago, its just pawing jab looking to set up his right hand.. Thing is he thinks he punches harder than he actually does. A prime Moseley would have r4ped Broner but I see Broner walking him down now
