It was a good stoppage. It was nothing like the Pala-Chisora stoppage earlier, because Bellew had been taking lots of hard shots over several rounds. I agree. It was a very different situation than Froch-Groves, because Bellew had lost most of the rounds and had been hurt over and over again by big punches.
looks like tony will be fighting roadmen and plumbers,along with cleverly.was hoping tony to land a big one,but guess will have to wait. does tony have any star power left ?
I thought Bellew was doing pretty well in there. I even gave him rds 2,3 even though he was outlanded, he landed the far harder punches and was looking like he might KTFO Stevenson at any moment. But Adonis did a good job finishing him once he was hurt. It was a good stoppage.:think
