yeah thats true although he did call danny out, havent seen too much of maccarinelli either mate but ill take your word for it. go onto foxsports.com.au and you should be able to find it :good
The trouble with Flores is that he is too inactive , talent in spades but i think he lacks the vital killer instinct when faced with any sort of class , Maccarinelli is a former WBO (Warren Boxing Org ) title holder who got sparked by Haye and a few others ( Lebedev being the most recognised name ) he had some decent wins but was found wanting at true world class level (same as Green here in 2010 imo ) Thanks for the fox site link .
from that description it sounds like a good matchup, dannys got the chin and the power to have a crack at some good cruisers just needs to get his priorities sorted imo
he should just **** off the stupid IBO 200lbs belt and take a decent match up at 175lbs. if the next fight isnt decent ill dislike him as much as i do mundine... :deal
im the best muay thai fighter on this forum mate, and dont you try and tell it any other way :thumbsup
i agree to an extent marcus, i think the positive thing to come out of this fiasco is that dannys almost been backed into a corner where he will have to fight a good name next in order to save his reputation
I just watched the press conference. Man it looks like Danny isnt happy about saying it was a legit punch, probably being forced to do so by betting agencies and other people. I mean when Briggs went down in the ring Danny new straght away that he hadnt hit him, thats obviously why he was blowing up so much. Yet all of a sudden hes watched the tape and it tells him something different. Maybe this was such a magical punch that Danny himself couldnt feel it even hitting! What a magical punch indeed!
