That's just Cotto's face. He always looks like that. You can't tell what's going on.

    Marg smiles.

Cotto glares. If Cotto was making a Disney movie he'd probably look the same way.

I outlined this in my thread on this fight. Its not going to be pressure versus pressure. Its going to be Margo pressuring (cause thats all he knows how to do). And Cotto using his versatility to out box Margo.

Cotto is above all else an intelligent "thinking" fighter. The way I see him winning this fight is by using his versatility to control the fight. Cotto will use his excellent footwork, pop the jab and counter off angles. He will try to slow the fight down and try to remain effective throughout the fight by keeping his attacks varried, in order to keep MArgarito guessing and off balance. I can't see Margarito being able to deal with someone who can do all this and has world class talent.

I agree...I think that Cotto is just too prime for Margartio at this time. His quality of oppostion has really prepared him well for this fight. I don't think that Margo will give Cotto any new looks, and I feel that Margo is underestimating Cotto's skill level.

Please actually understand what I'm saying before you respond. I'm not saying he is going to pull a Mayrunner on the guy or work off the back foote for 12 rounds. Its going to be more like the way he fought Gomez then anything else (only I'll admitt a whole hell of a lot closer). Moving, then engaging, then moving out again, all the while working off angles and attacking using punches with differing speed, force and location.

Also where do I get the idea that he has the pedigree to execute this type of varied intelligent approach, well maybe its because he was a world class amateur with over 90 fights, or that he's been demonstrating his excellent technique and ring smarts ever since he turned pro. Not just because I watched one fight and thought that that was the first time he had shown that type of versitility:hi:

Wliiams uses no angle thats hallarious that you'd say that. And he gets tagged by anyone that doesn't come strieght into his lazy as jab. So no he doesn't fight better going backwards...he only fights well against limited fighters.
