He wants to win the British title outright, that is the only reason for the fight in December.

Sorry but he is no where near Povetkin's pedigree so you're getting ahead of yourself, and I'm no fan of Sasha's last 2 years either. But yeah, beating domestic bums might be good for building hype and fan base (especially when it comes to the UK) but it proves very little on the world stage.

going nowhere? Youre joking right. Everyone is talking about him KO ing Aforce. Its big

Skelton is just a keep busy fight to squeeze in before the end of the year, rather him fight Matt Skelton than someone like Vinny Maddalone, at least Skelton's on a decent little run of form but he's still going to get wiped out.

He'll come to fight though but could get taken out in similar fashion to Audley.

You still embrace your hate on Helenius, I see. It must be delightful for you to see Helenius getting active again so you can throw your dirt on any comment that has his name in it.

Helenius and Price were pretty equal young boxers in amateurs, but Helenius has taken big steps after that and I don't think Price would last too long in the same ring with Helenius at the moment, assuming Robert did heal at least somewhat well from the injury, obviously. Price needs to learn to relax himself in the ring - he is way too tense and anxious in there even against a bum like Harrison and he will not be able to do anything against fighters like Helenius if he can't change that.

Fair enough, but SKELTON? You must be kidding.

If Wilder & Boytsov are going to get lambasted (rightfully so) for their weak opposition, then Price has to accept the same humiliation.

Of course, as with those other two, the fault obviously does not lie with Price, but with his management & the promoters. This sport sucks.

Price is 14-0. while is Wilder 25-0, and Boytsov 31-0. I don't think it's fair to group Price with those guys, not YET at least. At least price is fighting names, and good domestic level fighters. but after this Skelton fight, he has to move on to world and face a top 10 guy..

Although he is green and shouldn't be talking about titles just yet, I can't help but feel the power he has will go to his head and make him think all he has do to is turn up and knock people out.

If they keep feeding him C level domestic competition that he gains nothing from other than another KO on his record, he'll get outfoxed when he steps up.

Having said that, Fury is doing a good job of sprinting away from Price and then barking **** when Price isn't there.

What would suggest Price has worse stamina and heart than Fury?

    Thought that as well.

Just because he knocks his opponents out in the first three rounds doesn't mean he isn't capable of fighting longer..

hate...i just dont rate him as a great boxer.all he has is gd power and decent chin(so far)..i agree with you helenius resume is far superier to the big fins..but i think price should take him out...my dad says it would come down to battle of the chins if they fought..and he thinks prices isnt going to hold out against some power shots..which is fair enough..but i still dont think helenius is good enough to land his power shots on price...and i dont think we are going to ever find out lol..
