I think he'd be on his feet.

I only mention Holy possibly going down because Lyle probably had about Bowe-level power. He was a punishing puncher, a "real" heavyweight, and Holy in warrior mode got hit.

 

Evander’s challange is that sometimes he fought down to the level of his competition … Bert cooper, Alex Stewart come to mind … Lyle could definitely box w him and stun him but of course you have to gone Evander.

 

Holyfield would be the clear favorite and thus would fight down to the level of his competition. Every time.
