How good of a fighter Galento was. Hell, for all we know, it goes 13 rounds

Frazier was a lot better than Galento.

Lots of people will say Frazier was better than Jimmy Young and Ron Lyle. They did better against one George Foreman.

Foreman smears Galento into the canvas. Galento was Sam Peter level

I don't know InMemoryOf , perhaps because Galento was Foremans bread and butter style wise :campeon2:

If ever a fighter was made for Foreman’s long leading right uppercut it’s Galento.
If Tony got to the 3rd round he’d have done remarkably well.

This would only be competitive in a burger or hot dog eating contest. Can't see Galento being able to accomplish much more than annoy Foreman with his trash talk and get in maybe 1 or 2 left hook bombs to momentarily make him blink before getting launched through the ropes like he was in a car accident.

Quick question: Why do you rate Galento so highly? What did he do that was so impressive? Curious to know.

He was strong, had a powerful left hook and was aggressive and a concrete chin. He reminds me of David Tua.

You serious? I think you're overrating the guy. He was a limited brawler with a good left hook & a lot of toughness. That's it really.

Name one thing that Tua did that Galento couldn't

He was bigger, stronger, hit harder and was a better boxer - despite being limited himself.
