You may think that and try and push that agenda but we all know it is a bunch of BS. Nobody outside of the UK even knows who the guy is. Until he does something it is all just talk.
It all depends on how they 'rule the division' and who they beat to do it. I doubt it'll happen though.
Yep, beating Haye means nothing yet big brave VITLAY wants to fight him. I suppose Haye will look like a superstar compared to the other competition VITLAYS fought, or something :huh
depends what he means by scalp. is haye the biggest name? yes. there were ACTUALLY sports headlines about the fight. **** over here the papers were writing articles hyping the fight and that was awesome. is haye the best/most deserving/most legacy enhancing? probably not.
Rahman I'd put slightly above Sanders because he beat him, and was the unified champion, albeit for 1 fight. McCall has some good wins and has fought a hell of a lot of good fighters, lost to a few of them and caused the odd upset on the way....just like Brewster :deal There's not much to choose between any of them, if the truth be told but I'm not having that bull**** about them hitting harder than Bruno
Admit it. You don't want it to happen because you will look the fool if it does. ...............and it will. Vitali has a couple of fights left in him and he's going to retire again. Let's say Arreola & Solis fight & Chris lays Solis out for the count. A brutal highlight reel KO similar to the Peter vs. Williams KO. All of a sudden the Klitschko haters will magically latch onto Arreola's nuts claiming he's the saviour of the division. Sound familar? Wlad & Arreola fight for all the marbles & Klitschko KO's Chris with a perfectly placed 1-2. That's so hard for you to believe?
agreed. brewster, mccall and bruno are around the same level but bruno certainly fought better competition and his punch was always dangerous (even stunning a prime tyson...**** it)
VK has only a fight or 2 left & he wants BIG MONEY fights. Can you blame him? At least give him credit for taking on Haye when he could fight a stiff instead. Even if Haye is only the flavor of the week for you guys.......................
You've just proven that there's nothing in this division. Valuev got 'beat' by Ruiz and an ancient Holyfield. Lost clearly to Chagaev. He's a terrible fighter, beating this oaf would do nothing for Wlad. Haye's the only good scalp there as long as Haye beats Vitali. But then people will just say Vitali lost to his 3 best opponents, so how good is he really? Arreola's like Tua....without the concussive power, speed, chin, skill and danger. Haven't seen much of Povetkin, heard good things, so he could be another good name on the resume in the future. So essentially, his keys are Haye and Povetkin. He really should hope that Haye destroys his brother.
That wasn't the part I was struggling with, the bit I struggled with was the thought of any of the current crop 'ruling the division' when WALDO goes. I doubt it'll happen, someone else will come along hopefully. That's not to say it'll make or break WALDOS legacy I just believe the current crop are pretty awful and when WALDO goes I can see it being like the 80's again with belts changing hands all the time until Tyson came along.
That's just the Englishman syndrome that's taken hold of you, let it go man, let it go. Release the hate, it'll set you free. Enjoy the Klitschkos while you still can. You spend far too much time bashing the 2 best Heavyweights since Lewis.
