Bud is a very good fighter, but there are only 2 welters in history that I take over Tommy and both go by the moniker Sugar. Tommy by 7th round ko.
If Leonard and Hearns never fought, would you believe Leonard was capable of winning by stoppage. Same with Hearns and Barkley (though that's not 147). Hearns is king of fantasy fights at 147. For good reason, but he might just have been stopped by a few guys at that weight.
Hearns' chin wasn't as weak as it is made out to be. He was taking bombs from Leonard in the 2nd fight yet never went down. Nor is Crawford as big a puncher as he is now being made out to be. Crawford is not going to outbox Hearns. I think it all comes down to whether Crawford can pull off something like Leonard in the 1st fight. But I am not too confident about Crawford's chin as he has been wobbled by smaller fighters like Gamboa.
