you just keep your di-ck in your pants and everything should be fine Foxy :yep how is the little fella anyways?
Just because i live in Canada part of the year doesn't mean i am Canadian dude. Never was, never wanted to be, just make my living in Canada selling drugs because i love Canadians. Whats the big deal, why the hate? you have a problem with Jamaican drug dealers VanBoxing?
So in your little fantasy world duck egg which are you. The big bad yardie, or the rastafarian. If the latter have you made your pilgrimage to the sh ithole Ethiopia, the home of your king of kings, lords of your lords, and all that other imbecilic mumbo jumbo duck egg. Unfortunately for you duck egg you are far more likely to be a racist perv than a drug dealer.
There is a saying in poker Auntie Bug that goes " If you haven't worked out in 5 minutes who is the fish at the table, it's you. " You are the fish on this board Auntie Bug. You keep whining about fights involving Lewis that he won, you idiot. Are you too stupid to understand that is the measure of a good fighter, they can come through adversity and turn a fight they are losing around. This is why I firmly believe the only thing you have ever boxed is kippers Auntie Bug.
what the hell are you talking about with this Rastafarian and Ethiopian stuff Foxy? Just because i am Jamaican and like this smilie -> :rasta doesn't mean i am a rasta Foxy. You really have a need to stereo-type people don't you? Don't forget, i never said i was Canadian, you assumed it just like you assumed i am a rasta as that's what you are good at doing Foxy :rasta yeah drug dealers don't advertise much, lol
There you go again duck egg with your histrionics. I simply asked you as the two bob fantasist that you are ( saying you were a Jamaican drug dealer gave me the clue ) whether or not you were a yardie gangsta, or a rasta in your other life ie: the bullsh it one. If I want to ridicule rastafarianism I will duck egg, just like I do any other kind of religion or set of beliefs. As for whether or not you are Canadian, who cares? You claim to have lived near Lewis in Kitchener and followed him as an amateur, so you are either comfortable with Canada or a very slow learner because he left there almost 30 years ago duck egg. Now what was it you said about stereo typing duck egg, right after YOU wrote Jamaican, and drug dealer in the same post? You see the problem I have with fantasists like you duck egg is I simply don't believe them. You are probably some sad perv middle aged white guy who wants to stereo type all Jamaicans who are not athletes or musicians as drug dealers. I'll give you one thing, you certainly make Auntie Bug look sensible at times.
yeah i get the feeling that termite is a fraud of a ex boxer. Its the way he talks, something is missing from all that he does say. At least he isn't hateful like yourself :good
you really seem interested in making assumptions about my race Foxy. I spoke of my country and you switched this to race didn't you? :nono what have i tried to stereo type foxy? You are the one with the accusations of me correct? you are the only one that has made stereo types to date my friend. go reread our posts if your confused about that. first you accuse me of being black and now you are accusing me of being white? Meanwhile i have many times said what i am. you are starting to show the true colours on your mind Foxy :deal what colour you are is not important to me Foxy, i am not much of a racist by degree :rasta
I've gone back and forth on this one for decades and frankly I still don't think I can decisively choose a winner. Both had obvious vulnerabilites that the other was capable of exposing and both had tremendous evenings in the ring along with some not so flattering ones. Larry had long lasting recuperative powers and one of the greatest jabs of all time to go with a powerful uppercut. Looking at Tyson's loss to Douglas, these things could certainly give Holmes an edge. But most people ( including myself ) didn't see this as being the best version of Tyson and Larry was decked, hurt, and troubled plenty by lesser fighters than Mike. On the flipside, Tyson never beat a prime great anywhere near Holmes' level and an issue with fading as fights when into the later rounds. Its anybody's match from my standpoint. Whoever is best prepared and wants it more is gonna get the win.
Let's not forget an old out of retirement Holmes was doing well against Tyson and was frustrating him, there's a very good chance a young Holmes would do even better. A young Holmes was lightyears ahead of the past it 38 year old. I know Tyson was a great finisher but Holmes more than likely would have survived the round if he hadn't had got his arm caught in the rope whilst throwing an uppercut, his recuperation skills were second to one...
yes i agree i younger holmes may have been able to keep Tyson at bay and win a 12 rounder. much better chance than the 38 year old holmes.
When younger he got up and survived a monster shot against Shavers, If Larry sees the 12th round against Tyson than he definitely beats him IMO.
Pretty good assessment. I feel both kinda cancel each other out. Regarding Tyson never beating a prime ATG, neither did Holmes.
Yea holmes was really doing well and frustrating Tyson, missing jabs, getting out jabbed and barley being able to land anything of note, losing all rounds up until the ENTIRE fight...what was it 4 rounds? now we are using the holmes arm caught are we ?
hes not using it, it was caught. I remember the moment to this day. Larry was starting to succeed that round. Bizarrely the crowd was starting to get behind him too. Hainvg said that at 38 his recuperation rate may have faded and may not have saved him this time. It'd be different when Larry was 30, he'd have been up and clinched Tyson to safety.
