So Prime Jack Johnson replaces Tony Tucker and fights Mike Tyson. How does he do?

Very interesting fight, but I think Tyson would be more aggressive. Definitely lands some crushing blows on Johnson, but idk if he'd stop Jack. Probably Tyson by decision.

Watch some footage of Johnson, then some of Tyson.

    Tyson via obliteration.

3 rounds of Johnson holding on for dear life before Tyson crushes him.

Tyson’s hand speed and combination punching would overwhelm Johnson’s defences. Can’t see Johnson lasting more than a couple of rounds.

Well one thing's for sure,,,Tyson won't intimidate or scare Jack Johnson. Mentally Jack has the edge,

I would be very surprised to see Johnson see the final bell.

    Very surprised.

Johnson might be my single greatest influence for me dealving into the historical side of boxing, but there is no logical reason to pick him here.

Johnson schools him worse than Buster did. I like Tyson and rate him high as a heavyweight champion, but Johnson is all wrong for him.

Just how high do you rate him Jacko? You pick Johnson (easily), Marciano, Baer, Liston, Frazier and even Jess Willard over him over 15 or more. It's safe to assume you'd take Dempsey too? Tunney? Who would you take him over pre Ali?

this might come down to who has the best jokes and putdowns. late career tyson had some quips to make, and johnson would fireback with a laugh and return fire.

Tyson's hand speed and power would be a real danger to Johnson, and just about everyone else!
Jack would have to contain Tyson whenever he got to mid -range look to score with his uppercut inside and with his jab at range.Tyson got frustrated when held in close and could be shut down, but Johnson would be dicing with danger everytime he launched his right uppercut because Tyson had such blazing hand speed, and would be looking to counter it with left hooks.
