Spinks had a great one night career, and after that he went to ****, kinda like Buster Douglas.

Braddock drops him on has ass a few times, and wins a UD....

Spinks did not have a durable jaw to say the least....

Potentially spinks was a great fighter. Olympic gold and beats Ali after so few fights..He would have got better but unfortunately it did not happen.

When was Braddocks prime? He was a faded talent who gave it one last go when he finally made it. Cagey veteran with but a few fights left in him when he beats Baer and it was certainly not Jimmys physical prime. I think Jimmys prime was lost somewhere on the road when he was fighting to make ends meet in the depression, bogged down with injuries and no real backing.

I give Jimmy the edge. If he was that good at the end he must have been something earlier on.
