I am with you homie a lot of people here seems to forget that a prime Mayo at 147 was a monster eighter that or they have never seen a prime Mayo before.

 

This is what the Cotto fanboys aren't getting. That version of Forrest that Mayorga pounded into oblivion would have dogged Cotto.

El Matador aka Tito4eva is a good man he is also a big Cotto fan but at the same time knows his **** and he's honest about it

Lol. just like Forrest was supposed to do with him but he couldn't and paid the price not to mention Forrest is a MUCH better Boxer than Cotto.

 

Styles make fights and I think Mayorga un-orthodox style will trouble Cotto...Lets not forget that Mayorga had a decent chin (before he let Tito tee off on his chin which ruined him) and would probabaly be able to take Cotto's best punch....Cotto will have his moments but I personally thinks that Cotto will fold under Mayorga pressure.

I dont get why so many of you are on Mayorga when the guy lost to every prime fighter he has faced with the exception of Forrest. Cotto handles Mayorga easier then some of you uys think. He would crumble from the body blows. No way does a man who smokes and drinks like Ricardo handles body attacks for too long in a fight.

Have you even wathced Mayorga at WW? Saying Cotto runs through him easily makes me question your knowlege for the sport.

 

Yeah.. That's quite ridiculous for anyone to think that ANYONE would run through him easily. I have to be honest and say that Cotto would give him fits in the beginning, but eventually I belive he would get that chin tapped.

 

Dude is just a nut-hugger...I guess thats what we should expect from him...Thats same guy that said Cotto would easily handle P.Williams!:rofl
