that and it was Tito's return.. Haha I mean I even thought Mayorga had a chance cause he was a crazy lunatic and Tito was most likely going to be rusty but about 1 minute and a half in he unleashed those left hooks.

After Taylor beat Hopkins, Don King should have rushed to match Taylor vs Trinidad.

Mayorga was so awkward and strong at WW back in his prime. I think Margo would get confused and frustrated. I would not rule out a cut stoppage for Mayorga. It would have been a good match-up.

People seem to forget that Mayorga was actually a good boxer before he beat Forrest twice and let the fame get the best of him.

I'd pick Mayorga in this one. Ud or Late stoppage in a war.

Margo and a wide UD. I think Mayorga would have his moments in the first 4 rounds and Margos workrate and chin would be too much. Mayorga doesnt fight good when hes on the defensive Margarito would be on Mayorgas face all night fighting close and picking shots to the body tiring Mayorga out and maybe even taking him out in the champ rounds.

We are talking PRIME Mayorga, the one that can go 12 rounds and did so with Forrest. He wouldn't give way after round 4.

Forrest the light handed jabber right? The one that fights at a distance totally the oppossite of Margarito. Hey if Mayorga folded against Oscar my boy Margarito would put a number on Mayo.

Forrest light handed? I believe he's the only one to put Shane on his ass...Shane's chin is world class

Margarito is more disciplined and the better consistent fighter, which goes with the disciplined. Margarito always wins. Late round knockout.

Nothing's clear about this. Mayorga can only win this via KO, whether accumulative or one punch. I don't see him winning on points, and it's hard to say whether he can knock Margo out, there's nothing to suggest he can. We know the man punches like a mule, but unless he hits like a middleweight I don't think he can do it. And I don't think he hit like a middleweight.

I accidentaly voted for Mayorga and meant to vote for Margarito. I think Margaritos stamina and constant pressure wuld win him the fight n points by UD. However, a k.o. in the fiht wouldn't be surprising either from either fighter. Good fight regardless.
