And? Tucker was 6'5, with an 83" reach. Deontay struggled with Stiverne, Molina and Szpilka. Mike had the speed, skills and power to get inside Deontay's defence. I think Mike would have ripped him to the body. Mike was outweighed and outsized in almost every fight he had.
Tucker was 6''3': http://www.celebheights.com/s/Tony-Tucker-5234.html I know, Mike is my favorite fighter of all time, but would he be effective against tall and athletic fighters from the modern era?
He'd be effective against Wilder. Wilder hasn't shown any defensive wizardry to speak of, and has laboured to victory over run-of-the-mill fighters. All Wilder has going for him is his power and iron chin ... oh wait. Well at least Tyson doesn't hit hard ... oh, wait. Wilder would be roadkill :deal
OK. Let's be fair. Wilder always has a bit of a chance against anybody because he can hit darn hard. But Tyson's peekaboo defense is hurdle #1 and Tyson's solid chin is hurdle #2 to Wilder KOing him. Wilder hits hard but isn't technically excellent. I give him but a small chance of landing a big bomb and taking it to Mike. More likely they will be s**** ing him off the floor with a spatula.
