    right now and until i see Valero fight a top fighter i have to go with the more proven fighter in Freitas.

    It would resemble Chico/Freitas but much shorter.. With his age and inactivity, he doesn't stand a chance against a young killer like Valero. At least against Chico he was still confident with a mind of an undefeated fighter but this version of him would get brutually beat down after outboxing valero for about 4 rounds.

    El Inca takes him out.

    I went with Freitas. I like Valero but I think we all would get a better gauge on him, with a few more fights against better opponents..

    At this point Freitas is much more proven so I go with him.
    Freitas by KO easrly.

    Prime for prime, it would resemble Freitas/Barrios only Valero finishes the job and knocks him out in a classic.

    prime valero is much stronger and bigger than a prime popo...prime popo is at 130

    what are you talking about Valero just had his first fight at lightweight,most of his career has been at 130.

    ^^ Valero is used to punking the big ass Santa cruz brothers and Antillon.. what makes u think that popo is stronger than them?? Hell naw.... Popo's prime weight is 130..

    Valero is too strong and punches too hard for popo..

    he looks better now compared to his fights 2 years ago...

    prime vs prime means, prime valero at 135 vs prime freitas at 130....deal with it!!!
