i agree with this. and it would be one helluva war. and you gotta remember a 130 morales was giving pac fits with that jab and right all night long.
Tszyu was at his best against southpaws, because he just had that awesome right hand, which basically is the best punch to have when dealing with lefties. Come to think of it, who were the last guys Pac fought with a good right straight. Yep, Morales and JMM.
There's no draw button. Though i agree that Tszyu's style is something Pacquiao will have a hard time on - having a solid right. I watched Kotsa's fights, because honestly i only saw his fights with Zab and Hatton - thanks to youtube. I think he's slow even at this peak and doesnt move much defensively.
jmm is fast as hell? zab judah was too slow? styles makes fight my friend....if you can time pac (as showed by jmm)....you sure can hang with pac for 12 rounds, and if you have power like zoo has....its gonna be lights out for pac...140 aint his (pac) natural btw...
i disagree. Zoo is awesome, don't get me wrong. But in his prime, bar Judah (who showed up with a sucky version of Zab) he didn't KO an elite fighter. Why i wanna vote on a draw.
One of the worst things to do against Tszyu is the same thing over and over again. Tszyu would time Pac. Soon as he lands a flush shot its over. Tszyu was not in his prime vs Judah too. And Cocteau, why do you say the version who lost to Tszyu was (sucky)? Judah looked great until he did the chicken dance. I think Pac would be at his best at 130, he has no business being up at 140-145. He has balls
KO under 8 rounds to tszyu. I love pac he is great for boxing but i dont think he has any chance against a prime KT.
Tszyu would give Pac a bigger boxing lesson than JMM gave him then eventually time and spark him with the straight right. People get the impression that because he carried so much power in his cannon of a right that he couldn't box but that would be a huge error in judgment. It took Tszyu one round to time and neutralize Judah's speed before laying the hammer on him and this was a prime Zab Judah. A declining Judah took the first four rounds against Mayweather Jr. before finally breaking down mentally and falling apart. Think on that a bit if you don't believe that Tszyu could box circles around a lefty like Pac and hit him every time he tried to lunge in with that predictable left. Tszyu has no problems neutralizing speed(Judah, Mitchell) or size/reach advantages as can be witnessed in his bout with Vernon Forrest who was a great boxer with all the physical advantages. Kostya was a superior version of Cotto in just about every area besides the left hook. The only reason Pac would even have a chance against someone like Cotto is because Miguel's right hand is not that effective which you need against good southpaws and his chin and not the best in the business.
Tszyu was the undisputed champ at 140, solid puncher, great chin, great stamina, and successful against almost . Pac has had 1 fight 140 so far, so far all I can tell from that fight is that he had great movement, timing, and speed. Pac would def. win the early rounds and give Tszyu some problems early on, but right now no one knows if he has the stamina due to the added muscle mass or the chin for 140+ lbers. For now I would say Tszyu by decision until Pac proves himself a little more at the higher weights.
