thats disputable, combinaton punching yes but single shot speed then definitely top 5, its not a relative subject so stop nitpicking

regardless haye is too big for jones fighting at around 200lbs

I cant see Jones avoiding Haye for 12 rounds, Haye is hardly slow himself.

    1. It's not like anyone is in anyway comparing them p4p.

    2. Of course Haye has beaten good fighters. What the **** do you call Mormeck? A ****ing journeyman? Mormeck, Frag, Ruiz, Valuev, are all good, serviceable fighters. Valuev, of course is the GOAT, but they're all at least good fighters. And at CW and HW, there is no proof that Jones is a great fighter. He outclassed Ruiz. It was a great victory but Ruiz is only a good fighter.

WTF are you on, Roy Jones jr only weighed in at 193lbs for his showdown agaisnt John Ruiz, even if the fight happened at Cruiserweight Haye would hold a massive size advantage. I repeat Haye is no slouch and is very quick and powerful himself.

There's no doubt that P4P and talent wise, Roy is levels above Haye.

But for him to fight a heavyweight/cruiserweight in Haye, that'll be asking way to much. Even for Superman Roy. Haye not only has dynamite power, but he's very quick himself. No chance in hell Roy avoids him for the full 12 rounds.

I'll take Haye by mid-late KO

Roy never fought anyone in his whole career as fast and powerful as Haye. And i'm not sold on Haye yet.

if roy hurt ruiz he will knock haye out.

first to land a good shot the fight will be over and roy will land over and over again before haye lands anything

you guys act as if haye has a rock like chin and jones can not punch. if jones lands a good straight right the fight is as good as done

Mock - Mormeck - Barrett - Thomson all put Haye on the floor. So would RJJ.

But I would bill this fight as the battle of "The glass jaws"
