No. But horribly (for the division) that's far more to bring to the table than most of the recent challengers for title belts.

Most of them have the same downfalls and have no granite chin and no 1 punch KO power!!!!!

i was watching on a sports show last night and it is scary how calm he is these days , then he just switches into a animal in the ring , he was saying that he does not wear head gear when sparring . he would beat wald but who knows what would happen .

One fight at a time.Thats the way this Tua is approaching the game now.

I see him getting to the Number 1 contender spot once again.

Then a title shot with one or both Klits if all goes according to the as yet unwritten script....

It will take a great trainer to hatch a cunning plan to bring down a Klitite using a 5foot 10inch battering ram......wearing a disguise.....like a sheep to the slaughter.

    It can be done.

But first lets start dealing with the ones who will put there hands up to fight him next.

Personally id like to see him face Ruiz,Arreola and Peters. Ruiz because Ruiz needs to be slapped around to snap him out of the deep coma hes been in for all these years, Arreola because he needs to be shown what dieting is all about by an expert at it,and Peters because.....well just for the heck of it really.:hey:yep

Wow, David Tua beats Shane Cameron, and suddenly he's back in his prime?

He's in his late 30s and doesn't exactly have the sort of boxing style or habits for longevity. I'm pretty sure he doesn't have the stamina he once did, when he threw a ton of leather against Izon and Ike.

Tua's prime is when he weighs around the 220's.

Cameron tells me nothing about Tua. Tua needs to fight a top ten heavyweight to get the big fight. If so, Vitali would love to fight him.

that single fight tells me Tua is back.........just another blip on the radar at this stage. Sometimes it takes a man a long time to mature, sometimes it never happens.

Tua has enough time left, and just enough desire left in the tank to make one final well calculated run at a title if he so chooses

    He has chosen to. :deal

No one will stop him if he so chooses to have his way in this heavyweight division at this point of time.:yep

    End of debate.:bart

    Time for action,:bbb

    Let the games begin!:thumbsup

Vitali's seeming lack of fluidity is deceptive, it looks awkward on TV but in the ring, opponents usually find out that it doesn't make him any less effective. I would say that Vitali is harder to hit than Lewis.

Personally I give Tua a puncher's chance against Wlad or maybe a lucky hit on that infamous glass jaw.

But overall I don't see Tua beating Vitali or Wlad.

He still needs to lose about 20 lbs. He did look good in the last fight, though. Impressed that he was throwing combos.

36 but in top shape. Some fighters are done in their late 20's ,others in their mid 30's , because they had to endure too many wars..too much punishment and their body can't take it anymore....it's not the case with Tua.

And the tomato can argument is relative as far as i'm concerned.

Michael Moorer was an overrated bum from my point of view.
The guy had no chin...got ridiculed by an old & slow foreman & was enjoying a poor (and overrated) HW division.

overrated division because people are always quick to dismiss today's hw division yet they fail to realise that all divisions of any eras (including Ali's )...had their pros & cons.

Let's just say that the Tua who used to own the overrated fighters of the likes of Moorer, Daniels , Ruiz....is back.
