LOL the cut was caused by a grazing punch, but you always see what you want to see, RB.

It was actually caused by a punch in a clinch when Vitali and Lewis were holding just before the ref broke it up IIRC.

Yeah that I said it was only saying punch that started it at first.

I was actually agreeing with you about the original punch it wasn't a combination that started it but Lewis kept pounding it over the course of the fight to make it worse.

What is the truth that I don't wanna hear? That Lewis beaten Vitali to a pulp and stopped him?

Ring IQ? Yeah, meanwhile big dummy Wilder drop the Einstein of boxing on his ass 4 times, once almost for good. LOL

I respect your opinion, even though you are being sarcastic.
Fury showed above-average HW ring IQ in fights with Wlad and Wilder.
Fury put his heart into the Wlad and Wilder 1 fights.

The second knockdown MAYBE should have been a knockout; so there would be justification for a trilogy.
In the fight Wilder 2 Fury showed good Ring IQ and total dominance.
imho in the fight Wilder 3 Fury underestimated Wilder :)

Underestimating rivals is a sign of a low ring IQ.

Wilder 2 was a peak Fury I feel. His physical shape was also the best it had ever been alongside the first Wlad fight.

Give me one fighter Vitali beat who would make Fury get out of 1st gear

    You can't

My point, although sarcastic is, if a limited fighter like Wilder can drop Fury multiple times, Vitali, who operated at a much higher level in most areas than Wilder, has a very good chance of beating Fury. A serious, dedicated Fury would get my vote, but the guy is/was so inconsistent, it would be very difficult for me to say he whoops Vitali with much confidence.

I actually think Fury beats Vitali and gets beat by a younger Vlad.

Difficult fight to predict. Also, which Vitali? There are two distinct versions of him. The younger more aggressive version or the older, slicker, arm punch version. Young Vits has the best shot. No fear, iron chin, power, volume.

Fury has an edge in a lot of hypothetical matchups because his style uncommon.

Sanders and Peter, you got 2. And that's it really. Vitali's CV is shyte. Or you can throw Adamek in there, Fury is known to have troubles with these kind of guys.
