    Listen to the customer.....

    When the customers says I didnt take my viewing card out.

    The response shouldnt be "yes you did".

    I mean, I'm sure they are ideas they have considered, they are operating on a low spend, low break even point basis.

    Personally I find price the most determining factor with boxing nowadays.

    I rather have less bells and whistles and a cheaper price than a flash display and a load of extra overpaid 'experts' telling me this and that. Myself, I tune in to watch the fight itself...

    I do think Primetime needs to get its name out there more though, it hardly has any brand status. I'd say if you said to someone it's on Primetime, they'd think what the hell is that.

    If they want to post sentries on internet forums, it might be a good idea to use people trained and experienced in handling customer issues. Using people to virtually spam the forums and then deny responsibility when things go wrong is not good enough.

    Production and marketing. I thought C5 had a much better production and it was just VERY simple graphics. Also, watching C5 in HD made a HUGE difference. Primetime doesn't even look SD.

    It ****ing wasnt very good. it was a nice idea and obviously done quickly but it was dull as **** - maybe Amir is partly to blame for this: he is quite a boring character and avoids controversy or incident. I dont think you'll find an interview with him without cliches all over the place.
    Nice lad, just a bit too dull to carry that road to vegas show by himself.

    Got to say, the lack of adverts is a real relief and a joy. The fact that Sky charge £15 bucks and show adverts is ****ing terrible. That extra money coming in should go on making a decent undercard.

    Having something on it during the day and try and have more than just the same repeats every night, the same female mma fight must have been shown 50plus times.

    Why not show the feed with the HBO or Showtime commentators?

    Apart from on-the-wall interviews, what you produce is going to look crappy compared to Sky, so try and stay away from their format.
