Claude was game, i like him he wouldn't just give up he tried. Naz style allowed him to load up and punch with full force. There's a clip in that video where he jabs and digs to body. He could box normally if he wanted to.
I have definitely read that Naz and Lewis sparred, apparently they were in a restaurant and then went to a gym close by, can't for the life of me remember where I read it though! I find it hard to believe Naz floored Lewis though!
Maybe Naz had succsess because of his awkward fighting style for example could you see Lee Selby or Stephen Smith beating up light middles and welters?
Selby just came from nowhere hes got some serious power now 4 knockout wins on the trott shouldnt be long before he goes for the european but i can see him finishing up at super feather
Yeah he has, i think he thrives on these big fights. A lot to improve on but a talented fighter who could go all the way if managed correctly and develops well. Yep Super Feather and maybe even Lightweight, his physical dimensions would help him go up in weights.
they state him as 5ft 5 and a bit on boxrec but no way is he that short he looks tall and rangy for a feather i think hes about 5ft 7 at least.Id love to see Sleby and Galahad fight.
Yeah that's fair to short, I know Lee doesn't rate Galahad to much says he's as a weak as **** and a fool. I think Selby would beat him, Galahad is talented but the lack of power is a worry. It's important we don't overrate Lee but the way he's handled Smith and Simpson is so impressive it's hard not to. I'd like to see him fight a mover, someone who will give him angles and not go straight at him which was Smith's problem.
Joe Murray would be the best challenge for him domestically at the moment id like to see that fight im sure Murray would give selby a thing or two to think about. I think Galahad would give Selby a hard time for the first half of the fight but id think hed struggle in the end with the naturally stronger and bigger selby. James Dickens is also a possible fight for the future but by the time he gets British Title level im sure Selby would of moved onto bigger things or even be fighting at the higher weight. Selby is a wanted man at the moment i saw him interviewed by Jane Crouch and he named about 5 fighters who were all calling him out but i think he needs to beat Joe Murray then domestically he has cleaned up before going onto fight for the European title.
Selby would destroy Murray. Gallagher just isn't the right trainer for him, by a long shot. Aside from Our Vince I'd struggle to think of a worse fighter/trainer combo than those two.
