ok calm down. so pac is actually a 5 weight alphabet champion and a 4 weight lineal champion. now you can have your peace of mind knowing that floyd's record is safe. :D

He won it against Gatti, the real champ.

Then won the IBFwelterwight (plus the vacant IBO wleterweight belt)belt from Zab Judsah, which should not even count as he was defeated by the most accomplished Baldomir 1 fight earlier.

Then he move on to defeat Oscar dela Hoya for the junior middleweight title.

It is not the belt that makes the fighter but the other way around.

someone else mentioned Floyd because there was some confusion and I cleared it up. Don't be so paranoid, I left your man crush out off the conversation aside from that.

And I asked what YOU thought. I don't give a **** about you supposedly being objective, the spiteful way you've been trying to gloat about Manny never winning 2 more stupid sanctioned belts tells me you know nothing about it.

Even if Manny had won 7 actual alphabet titles, there are people like you who would dissect the wins and discredit them regardless so I'm not really worried. Everyone who matters counts the Ring because it is THE belt.

At 126 and 140 he didnt won an alphabet title but he did something more important at least to me it is and that is he beat the number one fighter in those two divisions that means more than winning a paper belt against someone like David Diaz for example.

and hyping the 126 and 140 so called title is much more acceptable. in fact it need no hype since those two "hyped" titles are the most important ones that pac acquired.

and actually there is no argument since i let you say what you want in the first place just for you to sleep soundly at night. lol  it's just you being so defensive all of a sudden.

There are the 4 recognized alphabet champions, and one level above that, there is the lineal world champion.

You can say title or not title. When you are the lineal champion, you don't need a title, you are a champion anyways.

When you are NOT the lineal champion, then you can call yourself WBO, IBF, WBA, or WBC champion if you win one of those titles. It's like a consolation prize.

Pac is a 7 weight world champion, and 4 weight lineal champion.

Alot of people are comparing him to Floyd in this thread. Floyd is a 5 weight world champion, and 3 weight lineal. It's great, but not near as great as what Pac accomplished.
