I used pepper spray on my crazy neighbor while my friend was also beaten and someone put fingers in his eyes, guess what hurts him more?

After 2 hours of cold water and doctor interventions neighbor eyes were okay while after beating my friend sustained he couldn't see for 2 weeks.

I guess Machen who was punched that much time in his eyes shouldn't react by screaming and bellyaching because eye discomfort?

I had it for self defense from dogs, since state wont control street dogs who are very violent.

I don't carry pepper spray because people, I'm not afraid of people, but I don't like angry dogs coming to me at full speed.
