Doesn't affect your performance. The whole concept is that you get protein in to your system a lot quicker than eating meat, also you would have to eat a lot of meat etc.. to get the same amount of protein as the shakes. In proteins shakes most now have quick and slow releasing proteins which means there is a continual release as well
i'm not trying to take anything to make me bigger or anything i was just tryna to see if the majority of people do...i personally think it's cheating and wouldn't take any because i think that being natural is better
that i look like 180 lbs tank? :yep I just hava a laugh, but to be fair I really see a difference when I drink high quality protein shakes after training.
