Gatti had mediocre chin and power, unlike Provodnikov.

Gatti was more skilled and had a jab, tough. But everyone and their mothers are more skilled than Provodnikov.

There not really that similar gatti was a more a boxer not good enough for top level who went to war to get by . He was athletic and had some speed , wouldn't have been as tough strong or as good a puncher as provodnikov . He had no discipline though , don't know who I'd favour head to head

Would rather be a falafel than a cabdriver living off tips. That said, how the hell could Hatton be compared to Andre Ward in ANY way?. Two completely different styles with completely different abilities.

Gatti would of outboxed Provodnikov bad. 10-2. Prime Gatti was way too fast.

Gatti had great power. Even De La Hoya said so.

I think that Provodnikov is very beatable

But no one can stand and trade with him

Matthysse had to constantly move and at times had to clinch

If Matthysse didn't fight such a disciplined fight, he would have been KO'd in my opinion
