My lost comment to you on this issue, as I see you know nothing about the state of fighters after suffering severe beatings......

I'm sure Arguello was the same fighter after suffering that horrific beatdown, especially the 14th round stoppage that left him unconcious......
......yep, no reason to believe Arguello could'nt come back a few months later and be the same Arguello he had always been!:patsch

"Pryor beat him easier in the rematch.".......thats as nieve a comment as I've ever heard here on ESB.....and I've heard some good ones.

As long we both agree that there is no sufficient proof of Pryor cheating, we can wrap this thing up. :good

Whatever I used to say about this matchup....I think Pacquiao would do better than Kameda, and knock Pryor out.

Pryor vs Pacquiao is a dream fight. Or any combination of Duran or Chavez Sr. thrown in there as well.

Actually it was proven.. it's just that nothing was done about it. Lewis and Pryor both admit there wasn't just water in that bottle. THe only thing a fighter can drink is water during a fight.. ergo.. it was proven. Just because it might not have been something like vitamins doesn't make it ok. ANYTHING other than water is illegal. Period.

As for the fight.. I have pryor by stoppage in about the 10th round or so. Great fight, and I think Pac might even be barely up on the cards at the time of stoppage.

I think a prime Pryor would be too much for Manny...this would be a great fight!!!

Interesting match-up and I find it difficult to pick a winner over 12 ounds...I actually feel like Pac might edge Pryor and take a close decision....Over 15 I think Pryor either reverses that or stops Pac in those championship rounds that he has never endured...Good fight, probably one I would have picked a different outcome for 3-5 years ago.

Philly is right..Those extra 3 rounds could be Manny's demise if he couldnt get Pryor out of there before that...But this is a great matchup that 3 or 5 years ago I too would probably have a different answer too.
