    Fact.

Mosley's punching power is superior to those listed.

That's not relevant. Perhaps he doesn't have the skill to land effectively on the top teir fighters but in terms of power alone Cintron has to rank very highly

Shane is the best power puncher, considering his resume, level of competition, he has kayoed fighters at a higher weight and also his combination of speed, accuracy, and natural strength. I'd Say Cintron is second and Manny a close third

Based on what happens when he does land cleanly, what else?

My point is that if he can't knock out top-teir fighters, that doesn't necessarily mean that his power isn't what we thought... power is one component in stopping your opponent, another major one is clearly being able to land your shots on him

Sugar Shane is noticeably the most powerful in terms of one punch power, why are people even voting for Pac?

    Shane.

For all those saying Cintron, what about Margarito?

He walked through Cintron's best right hands.

And then Shane's right-hands bounced off his head and destroyed him.

Manny Pacquiao, Mosley, and Cintron. Its very similar but because they each throw their punches in totally different styles its very hard to tell.

Pacquiao's power comes from flat out speed and odd angles.

Mosley has rotational trunk power, and his hooks are absolutely sinister in there.

Cintron just has a very large body frame, and so his power comes from the technicality of his body movements, hes slow as hell, but his punches are very very heavy.

Cotto also has some beautiful punching power, but it is not as hard as those guys at all. Cotto at 140lbs had some really stiff power, he generated lots of power instantaneously with very little space needed to generate that power. But hes still not the type of puncher as those top 3. prime Cotto hits harder than Margarito, Williams, and Berto thats for sure.

lol, who the **** cares if he walked through cintron's best right hands. Cintron has **** poor form against pressure fighters and his power was hardly unleashed with the steadiness and efficiency that Shane Mosley landed REPETITIVELY for NINE rounds. Cintron just got his ****ing ass kicked thats why he didn't hurt Margarito. For 1, Margarito has been getting brain damage by hard hitters for a long time because he has no defense. Sure Cintron hit him hard with a few shots in their fights, and Cotto tattooed Margarito's face with insane precision and accuracy for an entire fight. Mosley ****ed him up for 9 rounds with crazy power shots. He hardly 1 shot Margarito. Mosley was just more effective with his strengths than any of the other opponents.

Cintron in this group. Outside this group, Valero punches like a mule.

Mosley is the hardest puncher of those choices.
