Back when i was smoking ( i still do but rarely) i was paying 180-200$ a Once. What's the price in the state?
It's not an air of superiority. It's all about fighting to stay alive in a sea of Anglos. We're surrounded by English from East to West and South. As for Montreal, put yourself in a Frog's (as some of you like to call us) place. It's your city and it's getting anglicized to the point that you can't get a french sentence from a waitress at a downtown restaurent. Understand the frustration. Understand the pride of one's cultural baggage. It's hard for a Canadian to fanthom those emotions as it would require one to have a culture of it's own. Sometimes you see it as arrogance but it's a tad more condescending than that.
Its different all over the country people pay from less than $50 for an ounce of **** to like $600 for something good
A boxing question gets hi hacked into a French referendum and a conversation about grass. It is typical that the French can't concentrate on the question at hand without turning it into a political bull**** farce, that will NEVER happen. Get with the ****ing program.:deal
Buddy, the truth is that Quebec has a vast array of natural resources at its disposal and if it wanted to, it could do quite well on its own... I think you fail to consider that Quebec initially, directly contributed to build half of every infrastructure that you see throughout Canada. If it wasn't for the blood, sweat and tears of those ancestors, maybe Canada wouldn't be what it is now anyways... Therefore, when you say that Quebec takes more than it gives back, it's a total disrespect to the older generations. You must also realize that until the 90s, Quebec & Ontario were still the generating forces for the entire country. It wasn't Alberta, B.C., Manitoba and even less the Maritimes... Bottom line, if Quebec would ever separate, Canada would suffer just as well. I actually think that it would be broken down in a few states and it wouldn't remain a country with its remaining provinces. Be careful talking about welfare state, cause as far as I'm concerned, the Maritimes as well as certain parts of Ontario, Manitoba and Saskatchewan have no business looking down on Quebec in that department... When it's all said and done, English Canada will simply never understand French Quebec. It's 2 separate worlds and we must accept it that way.
You are right, this was not the subject. Still, most people we're polite and friendly. Simply discussing, like human being do. What do you care? Just go away.
