What would you say is the average height at that division?

What is your natural walk around weight? What is your height?

Is that your natural weight or do you dehydrate/rehydrate? If so by how much?

I am 5"10 1/2 height 73 inch reach and naturally muscular ( a picture perfect mesomorph)

I thinj the height disadvantage will be too much at 178 and i haven't been 152 since i was 13 so i think 165 will be ideal.

My optimal musular fit weight is 180-185 lbs but my optimal boxing fit weight is probably around 170-175 lbs

    Thank you

Everything you asked is pretty much pointless.

Find the weight you feel most comfortable at and fight at that weight. Simple.

Have you had any fights yet? Do you spar? How do you feel at your current weight?

I don't think there's an "ideal" height & weight, without factoring your own comfort and effectiveness at that weight.
