Umpa Lumpa, if Vitali decides to devote all his time for politics it is not beacuse of Peter. Should either Maskaev or Peter been injured, I read Vitali was in shape, ready and willing to step-in and take the fight. Vitali has stayed in shape preparing for a future fight. Peter is slow, throws wide looping punches, and has a porous defense. I don't see anything for Vitali to worry about. Even Peter's vaunted power is overrated, he couldnt put glass chinned Maskaev down with 20 punches in a row!
I'm not questioning Vitali's ability to beat either Peter or Maskaev...It is his willingness that I question. This is the same guy that avoided Rahman like you avoid logic.
You think Vitali faked injuries to avoid Rahman? Have you personally talked to Vitali's doctor or something ,and found out they were fabricated? If not, I doubt you know what you are talking about.
Vitali is taking the Peter fight. And apparently, he's still planning on the mayoral run......... Gonna run for mayor, THEN train to fight Peter in September or October, according to the site with news about fights. . THE FIGHT IS HAPPENING! Bad enough that Wlad was beaten by a golfer........Peter will have the distinction of being KOed by a mere politician! LOL
Tell me who has Vitali ever beat that makes him so great:huh Seems like he loses or quits when he faces the upper class fighter
Was outboxing and beating Byrd on the cards when his shoulder injured. Was beating Lewis (an all time great) when their fight was stopped. Granted, Lewis won a legitimate stoppage, but Vitali was giving him all he could handle up until the cuts. And regardless of what some say, Lewis was not 50 pounds overwieght, was not disinterested, and was not many years past his prime. Lennie was a mere 5 pounds over his ideal weight, he was only 37 years old, and trained for a professinal fight, as a pro fighter does. So that **** excuse list don't hold any water. Lewis was a professional boxer who knew he had a fight coming up. His weight and training, whatever they were, were his choice to make, as a professional fighter who does this for a living. In addition, Vitali has; Never been beaten aside from these two fights.....a torn shoulder and a legit stoppage due to facial cuts... Never been taken off his feet. Never been behind on the cards One of the absolute highest KO percentages in heavyweight history...possibly the third hightest, ever. To name a few things......:good
with all that said, WHO HAS HE BEAT THAT IS ANYBODY??????, sure he has nice states against b and c level fighters
