Navarette is clearly the number 1 guy at 130 as pudgy as he is.

The rounds were all competitive. But I thought Navarrete won all six rounds, and scored knockdowns in three of them.

Valdez fought valiantly but two-fisted Navarrete was just too much for him.

I've long wanted to see Valdez knocked the **** out, but it sickens me that it had to be a guy that I hate way more than Valdez to have that honor.:ohno

I agree they were competitive in that Valdez was throwing & landing, but the power differential was too obvious to me. Outcome never in doubt. I don't know what a Valdez victory would look like tonight, other than one homerun punch. But he had no real path to victory from what I could tell.

Great performance by Navarrete. Valdez was just outgunned from the start. I honestly dont think he has much left and it’s probably better for him to call it a day at this point. He’s been in too many wars and taking too much punishment.

Good fight but Navarette just too powerful, Valdez should’ve gone to the body more, Navarette looked hurt to the body a couple of times when he did land.

Hats off to the vaquero. Just too big for Valdez. Valdez hardly landed a meaningful punch.
