    Garcia isn't going to fight Floyd until the first half of next year. Garcia is a young guy with some promise. They'll let him have a 147 fight or two to hype his name for a Floyd fight

    Maidana will be Floyd's next opponent

    all at 147

    Just make Maidana wear some maheecan trunks and they'll be all sorted out for next year's Cinco :lol:

    Or if Lopez wins, even. God I hope this isn't the case.

    what makes you think Lopez wins?

    Lopez took a bad beating from Alvarez and became flabby while Maidana was improving his boxing technique

    It'll be competitive with Maidana, but Maidana will convincingly beat Lopez

    Big difference between what Roy did and what Floyd would have to do.

    Floyd is literally smaller than some of the guys at 140.

    Theres guys who fight at 140 who weighed 155+ on fightnight,whereas Floyd gets in the ring around 150.

    He was 149 a month out from the fight!

    I guarantee you thats less than what Matthyse,Peterson,Rios,Alvarado weigh a month out from their fights

    But those guys are young and used to cutting weight. Floyd is 36 years old. Shedding another 7 lbs could be disastrous as he's already past prime.
