I'm picking Rahman to win though I like JT. The fight will be just like the 1st one but Rahman will win more decisively.

Puh-leez. Both Wlad and Rahman have been stopped the same number of times, but it is Rahman who has been knocked out cold multiple times, not Wlad. Wlad has always been able to get off the canvas, something the glass-jawed Rahman has serious trouble with.

It would not surprise me at all if the light-hitting Toney knocked him out. Outside of Fraudley, Rahman has the worst chin among active HWs today.

I suppose you think Fraudley's another George Chuvalo too, right??

When a fighter gets hit with an after-the-bell illegal shot, the ref has two choices. He either awards him the DQ victory or gives him five minutes recovery time.

This ref did neither, it was an inept performance.

And Rahman got hosed in the rematch too, even overweight he outboxed Tua and deserved something around 8-4 in his favour.

Tua's a bit of an albatross around Rahman's neck.

As for this fight, I'll wait to see if Toney is in as good as shape as hyped.

It's Shadeed Solouki. He trained Lamon Brewster in the first fight against Wlad and was assistant to the great trainer Bill Slayton (RIP) before that.

Good choice, Toney needs nobody to teach him something, he needs somebody with authority over him who keeps him in the gym. It didn't work out with Freddie Roach any longer, Freddie was more like a buddie than a trainer, Toney is an old-school fighter and needs an old-school trainer. A hardcore trainer. It's a new start.

BTW, Toney sparred a lot with Lamon Brewster (among others) in preparation for his rematch with Rahman.

    I'm predicting Toney by UD.

There's no question that both fighters are faded. However, Rahman looked good just two years ago in their first fight, but it only went downhill for him since then. Toney looked horrible that night, but he was still competitive (the draw was just imo). Rahman simply outworked Toney in the first fight, but he won't do that again. I think Toney will make an effort this time, he knows it's do or die, and show up in decent shape, so: better Toney, worse Rahman this time - equals a win for Toney to me.

As for Toney knocking out Rahman, as I said I think Toney will win by decision, but a TKO is not impossible. I'm rather seeing Toney knocking out Rahman than Rahman knocking out Toney. Rahmans chin was never good, and it only got worse now - he got hurt by Taurus Sykes, who doesn't have a punch at all. Toney punhcing power is not worse than Sykes, and if he throws accurate, well-timed shots, he might wear Rahman down and a late rds TKO is not impossible.

The weigh in pics are more important than usual, to make a determination here.

I wound up watching, caught it by accident. I did not know it was on last night. Sorry I watched. Imagine if it had been a pay-per-view? I would not have gone for the money, but a lot of people would have gotten ripped off.
