I seriously can't remember who Tommy Brooks trains these days? Any hints? Goosen, Mayweather and Shields are good trainers. Both Mayweather and Shields get the most out of their fighters who are often underskilled for the occasion.
Hmmm....So he's responsible for training the most boring fighter of the last 10 years (Yuri Foreman)? I'm having a hard time not holding that against him. He's done some good work with Evander though specially at this stage of his career. Shaun George ain't bad either.
I actually like Foreman and believe it or not enjoy his fights most times. Kid's got talent.I think he could do something if he gets any type of power on him cuz he ain't got none.
I'm all for the sweet science but 10-12 rounds of Foreman is a tad grating. It's like after round 6, he just takes the rest of the fight off.
I think Goosen is the best of that bunch. Calm, cool and collected. Jackson is on the way up, but I can't think of he's training/trained besides Campbell and Hopkins. 1.Goosen 2.Jackson 3.Mayweather 4.Shields 5.Brooks
I think Ronnie Shields is a little underrated in this thread. Consider he's got a wide variety of fighters who fight under a wide variety of styles and has made the majority successful on some level of the game. He's made Rocky Juarez somewhat successful. Seriously think about that.
Shields has trained Holyfield, Tyson, Vernon Forrest, Pernell Whitaker, Zab Judah (for a short time), dominic guinn and now trains Juarez and Diaz, he has done a great job with Diaz.
