Get back to the lounge you dork..Are you stiil racking up all those amateur wins? Wasn't your record like 37-3 with 35 KOs? You've probably never seen any of the big four fight, so your opinion is garbage..

Ray Leonard would knock Floyd Jr out. It wouldn't last 10 rounds. As good as Mayweather is, he's not in the same league talentwise as a prime Ray Leonard. Ray Leonard is one of the most talented boxers EVER and I think only Roy Jones Jr had more raw talent, I think Floyd would have problems with Leonards handspeed, power, footwork, timing, everything.

LOL. very true. They think they are smart or full of boxing knowledge by naming some classic fighters.

Don't get me wrong, there are a lot of ATG's I would give floyd a chance against, but since he moved to WW he almost never throws a combination and his work rate is way down.

I don't think WW Floyd is the best version of floyd, so it's easy to see Leonard taking this handily.

Don't get me wrong, I agree with you. I think Leonard wins, but that's my opinion. Not fact. And I hope everybody around here who knows anything quits this constant **** parade on currnt fighters... If the fighters today are so bad, why the **** are these guys watching?

    Good observations.

Floyd Snr gave Ray some problems for sure...He was a pretty decent contender at his best.

But the problems with the comparisons with Mayweather Jnr is that Floyd Snr was a bigger guy who fought Ray pretty aggressively and bravely...I just dont see Floyd doing that, its not his style.

This is also a pretty young Ray and inexperienced Ray...he got a lot done in between this fight and his masterclass against Benitez.

Floyd will make Ray look bad and give him some issues for a little while but in the end just lacks the offensive output or physical ability to no more then a nuisance.

Good point, SRL was young and still learning his craft against Floyd Snr. Not the true, vintage SRL...

In fairness to some of us who became fans of boxing during the time of the fab four, Leonard is not really that of a classic fighter.

If Floyd is afraid of Williams he wouldn't have the guts to fight Hearns. Hearns would probably knock him out in the first round and thats not an insult to Floyds skills. Watch Hearns fight in his prime and tell me Floyd could survive that.

Floyd is twice the fighter his father was but no way could he beat SRL on points. He could not knock him out in any scenario. So SRL would win this being just as fast, bigger, stronger.

So you think Sr is better than jr? I think Floyd would beat Ray at Welter and Ray is my favorite boxer...
