Moreno's the only realistic unification for Hasegawa. The WBO and IBF titles aren't recognised in Japan, so unless Hasegawa was to leave Japan and decide to continue his career in the United States permanently that would never happen. Moreno also would probably be willing to travel to Japan, maybe that fight a possibility.
