I really don't blame Restuiao because he's too dumb to know what's going on. Freddy is the true culprit after picking up tricks he learned watching barrera and delahoya wrapping their hands. Restuiao probably does think he's a clean fighter with no idea he's drugged out of his mind hitting people with bricks. I wouldn't be surprised if Buboy and Restuiao were doing lines in he bathroom of the filipino congressional hall.
I always feel Pac has an illegal handwrap. It look like roach put too much taping on Pac. I remember pac did the wrapping on his own before he fought Margarito.
