To be fair, The Ring had a 4 page feature in a previous issue. They have real early deadlines and had it in an issue for the original date.
Im bored of The Ring these days, they are so biased it's unbelivable. They let their hatred of certain fighters (Mayweather, Haye) get in the way of decent reporting. I dont pay my money to read Fanboyish opinions.
It hurts to think how little attention Froch has got. :? He did a dance for Comic Relief didn't he once? Hope he can beat Abraham well, then go on Strictly come Dancing and make a ***** of himself. He'd fill the City Ground no problem then.
Oh c'mon, it's not that bad. I agree it's not exactly the Ring Mag of the Nat Fleischer days, but neither is the sport in general. The writing can improve, but people are being a bit harsh and looking for things that are not there. Don't forget it's a monthly mag and with the internet and instant info as it is today, it's always ganna take some shine off it.
Don't worry, the major promotional work will begin in a few days, things were put back as there was a bit of sensitivity involved due to the nature of haye-harrison PPV event.

10 guys, I think.:think I have to admit, I thought the wording they used for that article was well out of line. Although I actually enjoyed the breakdown of the fights themselves, the agenda of the overall piece was clear from the get-go - left a bad taste in the mouth.
Not a big fan of froch's personality but the guy is a true warrior and entertaining to watch so its a crying shame that the guy doesnt get the media covarage he deserves. If a fighter isnt fighting on skysports he gets no coverage on skysports news either which is pish, at the very most they get a small mention on the banner across the bottom. Britain needs more big fight live events on ITV but in the current climate I cant see this happening any time soon
