Real reason why Mayweather and Pac isn't made.

Pac to this day hasn't accepted extra testing and will never agree to extra testing to fight mayweather.

Brief trip down memory lane sure reveals the truth behind what is really going on.

Golden Boy Promotions CEO Richard Schaefer told Sports Illustrated that he was approached on Thursday by Top Rank for a trilogy bout between Manny Pacquiao and Juan Manuel Marquez. A shocking demand was made by Marquez. He requested a 50-50 split on the money with Pacquiao. For a guy chasing a Pacquiao trilogy since their 2008 rematch, Marquez found an amazing way to say "no thank you."

In a move we all expected, Marquez, like Floyd Mayweather Jr., made a demand for random Olympic style drug tests. ***********.com reported on December 24 that Marquez would demand random drug tests for a trilogy bout with Pacquaio.

Schaefer told ***********.com, also last month, that Pacquiao would have to take random blood tests for a fight with any Golden Boy Promotions fighter - and that includes Shane Mosley.

Promoter Gary Shaw predicted this would happen during a December interview with ***********. He said back then - "If he doesn't do the tests with Mayweather, I believe the only fights that Pacquiao will be able to get are with fighters who are with Top Rank. All other promoters are going to want to know that they are fighting on level playing field."

So to conclude when pac fought shane no testing would have been required because he wasn't part of GBP.

Now when Marquez fighting Pac yet again no testing is being required because he isn't part of GBP. When marquez and mosley wanted the fight with pac under GBP with testing top rank and pac camp flat out refused.

Quite clear that pac has no intention of doing any testing against mayweather. Arum even says it himself.
