I believe most would disagree with you. When Duran, leonard, Robinson, Mayweather, etc moved up in weight we saw the speed of Duran leave but retain his power, Leonard we saw the speed stay but the loss of power. In Robinson and Mayweather the same thing the speed was there but not as much power. Same thing with De La Hoya he moved to welter and the KO's almost complete disappeared. I think Manny is the first to move up at teh rate he has move in weigth and retain speed whilst seeming to gain punching power. This is just my opinion from what I have witnessed as a boxing fan.
