Do you see his "defined abs" in this picture?

Limited knowledge i see ? Foreman could have lost muscle mass as he aged and foreman as a fat middle aged man actually averaged in the 250-260 range for his comeback. A few times over 260

Foreman had significantly more muscle mass than Usyk in his prime, even the Usyk we saw at 230. It's not even a question. And keep in mind this is Usyk purposefully trying to gain weight.

Foreman himself said he was stronger on his return.

I was specifically referring to his weight against Moorer. At 245 he was fat. At 250 and 260 he was fatter.

I’m not saying anything about how much ‘muscle mass’ he had. If he was bigger and more muscular than Usyk while somehow weighing almost the same then you need to explain why it was that Foreman was so light. Weight isn’t magic. If a guy is lighter than he looks, then he must be smaller than he looks in some way (dehydration aside). People don’t just magically weigh less for no reason.

Or maybe the 30 pounds of fat helped him manhandle smaller people even easier than he did in his prime.

He actually weighed 250 against Moorer. Thats 20-25 pounds of fat over his natural prime weight. It seems to me you don't realize how much 20 pounds of fat over your frame can do to your appearance and thats taking into account he still held on to all of his muscle (the reality is he probably didn't)
Here's him at 231 against Denis.

Now here's him at 235 pounds against Qawi

Similar size although he looks noticeably bigger at 235 (obviously) but he looked so much fatter when he was 20 pounds fatter than his prime probably with less muscle against Moore. Oh my !!! I wonder why

usyk always had a weird torso he's in great shape but for some reason it just looks very wide and out of proportion....his lats to waste is wider than ajs but he doesnt have the most shredded abs all though you can see them if he moves.

Sorry my mistake, I think I got the 235 and 250 mixed up which is how I came up with 245. He actually looked in decent shape against Qawi.

Otherwise I’m not sure I follow your point. I agree Foreman is probably 10lbs or so bigger than Usyk (roughly 210 vs 220 in perfect shape). 230+ Foreman looked somewhat out of shape, similar to 220+ Usyk.

I just don’t accept that Foreman somehow defied the laws of physics by being ‘bigger than his weight’. He was strong for his weight, he punched hard for his weight, he had tremendous physical advantages - but that’s different to actual physical size.

For some reason when people at this forum talk about ‘size’ it’s like torso width doesn’t count. People can have different shaped torsos without being fat. That’s exactly why some huge guys are a little lighter than you might think - broad shoulders, narrow waist. Narrow waist = less mass.

What i mean is Foreman is a natural 230 guy without trying to gain weight. Possibly even 235lb. We saw it against Denis, a few others and the Olympics. Usyk is not. Foreman had a hell of a lot more muscle mass too. Foreman at 220 (around Usyks weight) was cutting weight. He was naturally 230lb.

In fact Usyk's natural weight looks to be about 215.

Ok, well maybe 230 vs 210 then. Although I find it bewildering that Foreman chose to be 10-15lbs below his ideal weight for big fights.

Also in the lower weight classes the ‘weight bullies’ always just seem to be guys with a particular build which creates an illusion of mass
