USADA does the same testing as VADA. VADA actually models after USADA and has not been around for as long as USADA.

do you have proof that floyd has a hand on usada and how they go about their business? it's a simple request that pac has not taken. not once. until now there is no indication that he is willing to submit himself under random testing even against floyd. he's all talk and masking that **** with the 50-50 request. in truth, he just does not want to test. what does that tell ya?

 

USADA is not on Floyd's payroll. USADA is paid by the fighters to undergo these tests. Just as Floyd, Mosley, Ortiz, and Cotto paid USADA; Khan, Petersen, Berto, and Ortiz (again) paid VADA.

USADA charges 4 times the amount that VADA charges. Fighters fighting Floyd can afford the better testing as their purses are much much higher. Ortiz made 2.5 million for Floyd, but only getting 1.3 million for Berto. I'd pay 20k rather than 80K too.
