It really did look like he threw harder, wicked shots but they didn’t always look good. I have a fun fact for my cookie cutter boring response to make this post worth reading, maybe. Tyson used to get fat at times between fights, just being a glutton and would destroy gym mirrors before he trained because he hated how he looked due to deep seeded insecurities as a chubby kid. He’d pay on the way out.

Imo the fights against Tucker and Bonecrusher prove already in his fantastic prime he was not invincible and he
might have lost some bout against fighters like Bowe or Holyfield. Let alone after prison.

Considering Holyfield wasn't far off, I'd say the majority would think it ends there. A lot of people just think he had Tyson's number. If we just assume that he beats Holyfield, then it gets interesting. Foreman, Bowe, Lewis would have been the next list of fighters to consider.

Interesting to see if Tyson could regain that focus which made him stellar with the likes of Bowe, Lewis, Mercer, Morrison, Moorer and the new wave of talent on the horizon. These guys were punchers instead of the mobile boxer types he fought in the 80's.

Could this trigger him or would he think these new guys weren't as talented?

The only fight in that time frame that could really see him lose, is Tucker.
Tyson seemed to gas and tire easily after jail, if the fight went longer than 6+round.
Now we may see that, one shot Tyson, holding on and getting caught by Tucker more and more.
By the tenth round, who knows but maybe Tyson s out of gas.
Then Tucker either gets more rounds and the decision, or he stops Tyson.

he still wins with Trevor Berbick & The Bonecrusher Smith for WBC & WBA
these were unskill boxers & he gets them the better of them
he also wins with Pinklon Pinky Thomas who is fade away fast on the heroin & cocaine . but could be better tricky match.
Tony Tucker come to fight with some " in his tank ' & can derail the Tyson post of prison version. i believe it strong possible. close 12 round on the points or TKO in 11 or 12 round. not brutal beating down more competitive but fresher condition can win for TNT Tucker maybe.
