I would like to see Ustinov vs one of the top guys, just like I would of like to see Valuev vs Vitali, or Wladimir. It would of been quite the spectacle.
Because ancient Oquendo didn't want to fight Ustinov, they couldn't agree on the money. So, WBA gave Ustinov a chance to fight for the vacant tile and Charr as an opponent.
